LAYOUT SHIFTS
Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) occurs when an ad is injected into the DOM after the surrounding content has already been drawn. To prevent this, Novaloom uses a predictive skeleton system.
- 1Pre-auction Size Prediction Before calling the SSPs, our script determines the most likely ad size for a specific viewport.
- 2Skeleton Injection A blank layout box is injected into the DOM. This reserves the space so content beneath it is instantly pushed down.
- 3Asynchronous Rendering The auction concludes in the background. The winning creative is placed perfectly inside the reserved skeleton without disturbing the page.
